The University of Notre Dame Baseball program is excited to host-Virtual Hitting Development Clinic. For players looking to sharpen their offensive approach & swing mechanics during the offseason. This interactive clinic provides an inside look at the same hitting philosophies, drills, & mental approach used by Fighting Irish hitters. Clinic Features & Focus: *Swing Mechanics & Breakdown: Detailed instruction on the fundamentals of an efficient, powerful swing *Offensive Approach: Understanding situation hitting, plate discipline, & pitch recognition *Video Analysis: Learn how to self-evaluate your swing and apply professional-level adjustments *Drill Work: At-home hitting drills & progressions that players can use year-round *Mindset & Preparation: Develop a confident, consistent mental approach at the plate *Q&A w/Notre Dame Offensive Coaches: Direct interaction w/members of the Notre Dame coaching staff. Add On/s (Additional $50 charge both options): In addition to the virtual clinic, you can choose from the following optional add-ons: 1. Video Breakdown w/member of Notre Dame Coaching Staff: A 30-min individual session analyzing hitting video. Video must be from a game or cage setting recorded from one of the following angles: *Open side view *Behind the pitcher (Centerfield view) 2. Analytical Data Add-On: Participants must provide their own verified data (Rapsodo, Trackman, HitTrax, Blast, or similar) to receive a personalized data breakdown & feedback from a ND Baseball coaching staff member. Ideal for players ideal for players looking to better understand their metrics, gain insight into their development areas, & learn how their data translates to on field performance.
