Girls Orange Comets is an advanced-beginner level class for students who have developed a strong foundation of strength and flexibility, have demonstrated attentiveness to coaching, and are prepared to build upon their basic gymnastics skills. *This class is by invitation only.In Girls Orange Comets, your child will learn skills like:-handstands, cartwheels, forward/backward rolls, tripods and bridges on floor-bar skills such as pullovers, casting and inverted hollow-holds-basic dance positions and beginning handstand positions on beam-trampoline safety
No Class Wednesday, April 10.
What to Wear: We recommend that participants wear gymnastics style leotards or comfortable athletic style clothing like leggings/shorts and a tight fitting t-shirt.
Stay Home When Sick: If your child is sick, we kindly ask that you keep them home. Participants exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to participate. Staff reserve the right to accept or decline participants based on their assessment and discretion of any apparent signs or symptoms of illness. Thank you for your understanding.
No Make-Up Classes or Refunds for Missed Classes: The Novato Gymnastics Center does not offer make-ups, pro-rated reimbursements, or similar for missed days. Thank you for your understanding.
Class Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to a $13.00 processing fee and prorated reimbursement. No exceptions.
No Classes: No class on Wednesday, April 10. Please refer to our online calendar at www.novatogymnastics.org for no class dates and general program reminders.
Consistent Enrollment: Consistent enrollment required in order for your child to maintain their spot in an "invitation only" class.
