About This Activity
Description
Class Format:Each class starts with attendance, followed by a Soccer Stars song or cheer based on the class's age. Classes include a warm-up, individual skill activities, a stretch break, and group or solo skill exercises. All activities are age-appropriate, theme-based, and designed to build confidence while having fun. Younger classes focus on full-body movements, balance, and coordination.Annual Jersey Fee:For those joining Soccer Stars for the first time this session, there is an annual registration and jersey fee of $30. This fee is due on or before the one-year anniversary of your last paid jersey fee. To purchase your child’s jersey, click on Annual Registration & Jersey Fee. You’ll also have the option to purchase additional fun Soccer Stars items, such as soccer balls and apparel.
Note:Class will be held inside the Downtown Recreation Center on days the weather or air quality prohibits class from happening outside.
Adult Participation Required: We require one adult to participate per child.
What to Wear: We recommend that participants wear comfortable athletic-style clothing with their Soccer Stars Jersey and athletic shoes. Shin guards are not required, but recommended for ages 4+
What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle, hat, jacket and any other sun/rain protection items that will make your child more comfortable for hot or cold days. All other equipment will be provided.
Stay Home When Sick: If your child is sick, we kindly ask that you keep them home. Participants exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to participate. Staff reserve the right to accept or decline participants based on their assessment and discretion of any apparent signs or symptoms of illness. Thank you for your understanding.
No Make-Up Classes or Refunds for Missed Classes: We do not offer make-ups, pro-rated reimbursements, or similar for missed days. Thank you for your understanding.
Class Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to a $13.00 processing fee and prorated reimbursement. No exceptions.
