“Tune Ups” are aimed to help dancers increase flexibility or address nagging aches and pains with exercises individually designed by a licensed sports physical therapist. During these one on one 20-minute sessions, the physical therapist will evaluate the dancer and prescribe an exercise routine and program specific to their needs. Students should bring a notepad as well as a device to record the exercises to work on at home. Tune Ups are open to all senior level dancers, 1st grade and up.
