6 Sessions - (No session on May 27th - Memorial Day Weekend) 50 min. sessions Players must bring a soccer ball Athletes will play a variety of agility and coordination building athletic games in a fun and engaging class. Players improve in speed, agility and quickness. We'll focus on soccer specific athletic improvement. And, we have many fun games using a variety of different sports specific skill sets to help build players' confidence and inspire them to be more well-rounded and versatile athletes. Equipment: Players must bring a soccer ball (size 4 recommended, size 5 is fine too), cross trainers, soccer cleats or turf shoes (or sturdy athletic show with a covered toe), and a water bottle.
