About This Activity
Our JR. COACH program focuses on building relationships with our younger campers. Jr. Coaches assist with activities, collaborate with coaching staff to create obstacle courses, lead activities and learn how to effectively communicate and with young campers. Each Jr. Coach will be paired with an Assitant Coach or Head Coach to strengthen those communication skills and by the end of camp, lead their own group activities.
