About This Activity
This class will target and strengthen fundamental skills needed for success in high school algebra. It will also help students remain math-savvy during the summer months when they are not in school. Students will enjoy the “high school experience” here on the O’Dowd campus with a teacher experienced in middle school and high school mathematics. Topics covered include: order of operations, exponents and radicals, ratios and proportions, algebraic notation, solving linear equations and inequalities, and sample HSPT problems.
