This 4-session outdoor group class is for owners who want to take basic skills into the real world. We will work in a distracting environment to build focus and reliability beyond the home. Each 1-hour class session will strengthen the basics and add intermediate skills, so dogs respond reliably on walks, at parks, and around other people. Skills covered: leave it, leash manners, polite greetings, recall, focus techniques, confidence building, with fun agility equipment, and more. Students receive a step-by-step packet at 1st class session with the full guide. Please note: Dogs only need to know ‘sit’ and ‘down’ to join. Must be friendly to people and other dogs — no aggression allowed. There is a $160 Materials Fee due to the instructor at the start of the 1st class, cash or check only. Please bring lawn chairs, doggie pick up bags, proof of rabies vaccination, and for puppies under 14 weeks their proof of distemper vaccination. Limit 12 dogs.
