Strength Training for 50 + Implement regular strength training into your week and improve your quality of life. We will progress through a 4-week expansion of strength training skills. You will be introduced to the basics of movements which will complement the demands of everyday life. You will leave this class knowing what to do to stay strong at home. Equipment such as dumbbells can be purchased at most Department or Sporting Goods Stores, and there may be some available in class to use as well. Sunset is 6:19 p.m. on our last class, so there should not be any night driving. Limit 10 students.
