About This Activity
In this class students will learn the hands-on-process of making fresh cheese—including yogurt, ricotta, paneer/panir, mozzarella, and Caso Rexo (buttermilk cheese). There is a materials fee of $10 payable to the instructor when you arrive for class. Students will need to bring tight plastic containers to take cheese home. Storm makeup will be Oct. 28.
