About This Activity
Big Cardio is a 5K run, 3.1 walk, fitness, and multi-sport event. It's a unique blend of over 10 different physical activities and sports, and so much more. Established in 2008, Big Cardio offers something for everyone at all ages including a 5K run, 3.1 walk, 1-mile prayer walk, cardio class, old school/line dancing, cycling class, kid's fitness, yoga, Renegade Relay Obstacle Challenge with team competitions, pickleball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, games, activities, fun zone, entertainment, concessions and business booths, too. With so many different things to do in the same place at the same time, it has become one of South Florida's favorite active events! So, bring your family, friends, and colleagues and spend the day!
You can even make the event the place for your company picnic, team-building event, or church retreat. We have corporate tents available that include complimentary water and snacks, and an attendant for the day. The fun and activities are already there for you and we do all the work. You just show up with your people and have a great time! What could be better than that?
Event benefits foster teens and at-risk youth. And to make it even sweeter, you'll be helping the community at the same time because the event proceeds benefit foster teens and at-risk youth in South Florida through the work of Big Children's Foundation.
