Our March Break Hockey Camps at Glen Abbey Arena and Abbey Park High School offer a great mix of skill development and gameplay, providing campers the chance to learn Canada's favorite game in a fun and enthusiastic environment. During on-ice sessions players will rotate through different stations and small-area games, working on building fundamentals and improving their skills. For full-day camps that include off-ice activities, players will be participating in multi-sport activities, building general athleticism and creating well-rounded athletes. Every day includes two hours of on-ice development with clear progressions in skating, stickhandling, shooting, and passing. Small-area games help players apply new skills under real pressure, encouraging quick decisions and smart puck movement. Off the ice, campers rotate through soccer, lacrosse, flag football, handball, basketball and more to develop coordination and athleticism. Groups are organized by age and ability so players are challenged appropriately and supported in a positive, team-first environment. Campers must be at least 5 years old and have prior hockey experience.
