About This Activity
Description
Unlike traditional artistic gymnastics, cheer-nastics focuses on performing tumbling skills in tight spaces and coordinating them with a group, often with a "show" aspect. It is an excellent way for children to develop confidence, discipline, and teamwork while learning flips, handsprings, and cartwheels, tumbling and stunting skills and also working on cheer jumps such as toe touches, herkies, pikes and more!
