Enjoy an evening in the park getting in touch with your body and senses with grounding outdoor yoga, a view of the pacific ocean and astounding sunsets. Beginning with simple breathing, stretches and movements to bring you in touch with your body and mind, class will pick up to more strength building and balance training, and cool down to a peaceful relaxing ending with rest and meditation. All levels welcome!
Drop-in rate is $20.00. You may pay the drop-in rate at the front desk of the Junior Seau Beach Community Center.
