RISE Get Hooked! – The Science of Crochet turns yarn into a hands-on STEM adventure for students in grades 3–5! Students explore the science and math behind crochet while learning about patterns, measurement, geometry, tension, fibers, and engineering design. Using hooks and yarn, students strengthen fine-motor skills, practice problem-solving, and discover how repeating loops create amazing structures. Get hooked on creativity, STEM, and fun—one stitch at a time!
