Description
Summer camp is a chance to practice all the artistic disciplines of the Mindful Movement Arts. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Breakdancing, Circus Acrobatics, Parkour, Animal Style Movement, Tai Chi and the Sound Sabers. Through the week, participants will learn many unique and incredible ways to move such as the Cat Twist, the Monkey Spin, the Plum flowers Steps, the butterfly and so much more! This camp will improve their physical prowess and agility as well as their ability to stay grounded and centered through all that they do. The Mindful Movement Arts is a system designed for empowering students through the movement arts. Building self-confidence, self-love, self-discipline and self-respect through a range of failure free creative movement practices. Offering a path to self-mastery in all that you do.
