About This Activity

Description

This camp dives deep into essential survival skills through fun and challenging real-life scenarios. You’ll work both individually and in teams to tackle skill-building challenges, learning techniques like shelter building, fire making, knife safety, traps, knots, plant identification, animal tracking, and more. Instructors will help you build initiative, self-control, confidence, and communication skills while fostering teamwork and new friendships. The week concludes with an exciting final scenario, and parents are invited to the closing ceremony. Bring appropriate clothing, water shoes, bug spray, snacks, and lunch. For details about the curriculum to help you decide if this camp is right for your camper, call Coyle Outside at 541.760.0774.

Itineraries "What to Bring" lists available upon registration.
Refunds for camp registrations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per session/week. A full refund, excluding the cancellation fee, will be issued if cancellation notification is received at least 14 days before the camp session's first date. If withdrawal occurs within 2 to 14 days of the camp session's start, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the total camp fee. Withdrawals after 5:00 pm on the Friday before a camp week will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total camp fee. No refunds will be given after the camp begins unless the satisfaction policy applies. Transfers are allowed at no cost, provided there is an available spot; however, campers transferring from a camp to a waiting list will be charged the appropriate fee
