In this class youth will learn the basics of balancing, pedaling, and turning a bicycle. Intercity Transit’s Walk N Roll Program will provide helmets, bikes, and welcoming bike mentors. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes, bring water and a snack. Before class starts the class supervisor will reach out to collect each student's height measurement. This will help in preparing the correct size bikes for the class. If the cost of this program is a burden consider applying for the Ina Fund Scholarship. You may also contact Walk N Roll at walknroll@intercitytransit.com for help with payment.
Class will be held at Garfield Elementary School in the covered playshed on the west side of the school.
