About This Activity
Description
Olympia Park, Arts and Recreation is bringing back the Kids Canopy Climb! Enjoy this rare experience with nature that so few people get to experience. Imagine ascending to over 50 feet and looking out over Lions Park while exploring the treetop environment, learning about the forest ecosystem, and stewardship. “Hoist” option: Participants will be lifted into the tree by trained staff and lowered back down in a controlled manner, like an elevator ride. . Spaces are limited so register today for this unique opportunity!
Registration is required to participate in the Kids Canopy Climb. Each minor participant must agree to follow the instructions given and be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the event. Parent and/or guardians are also required to be present in the climbing area with their child. Complete and bring the mandatory Medical Waiver to the event. Participants will be required to wear long pants and closed toe shoes for the climb. Unaccompanied minors will not be allowed to participate in the tree climb.
