About This Activity
Description
This class is for anyone who has previously taken Beginner Hula Healing and would like to expand their on and off body hoop skills! This class includes new trick sequences, tosses, isolations, behind back work, and more. It will also teach fun and expressive dance elements and encourage you to add flare to your hooping! *This class is repeatable for more hoop time, layers of challenge, and continued play! Instructor: Jessica Morrison
Please dress in active wear, closed toe shoes, and bring water. Note-Extremely flowy, thick or baggy clothing can get in the way of your hoops momentum and can leave you stuck or tangled up. Keep this in mind and/or wear layers in order to get the most hooping out of your class! Hoops are provided.
