Description
Do you remember hula hooping as a kid and wonder if you could pick it back up? Are you looking to learn something new, dance and bring more play into your physical activity? Hula Healing is for you! Through a 6-week beginner course, you will learn hula hoop basics, fun and easy hula hoop tricks, and get to express yourself by adding moves together! *This class is repeatable for more dance, play, and joy. Please dress in active wear, closed toe shoes, and bring water. Note-Extremely flowy, thick or baggy clothing can get in the way of your hoops momentum and can leave you stuck or tangled up. Keep this in mind and/or wear layers in order to get the most hooping out of your class! Hoops are provided.
