About This Activity
Description
Gymnastics develops agility, strength and self-esteem. You will safely learn specific gymnastics skills and enjoy the opportunity to build confidence and new friendships! The professional and dedicated coaches at Black Hills Gymnastics know how to motivate you and maintain your enthusiasm. If you are ready to follow instructions, you'll benefit from the fun and exercise too! Instructors: Black Hills Gymnastics Staff
Classes will be held at the Black Hills Gymnastics gym located at 7961 29th Ave NE, Lacey. Dress in a t-shirt tucked into shorts or sweatpants. Please do not wear jeans, buckles, snaps or zippers. All classes will start promptly when scheduled. Please arrive a few minutes before class to ensure your child's participation in warm up activities.
