One way to keep kids healthy is to develop their love of movement and activity. Kindernast is a wonderful “first gymnastics adventure” which will build your child’s confidence and agility. The energetic instructors at Black Hills Gymnastics are all about SAFETY along with fun! If your youngster is ready to explore movement skills without assistance from mom or dad, they will have a great time in this secure, success-oriented program. Classes will be held at the Black Hills Gymnastics gym located at 7961 29th Ave NE, Lacey. Dress in a t-shirt tucked into shorts or sweatpants. Please do not wear jeans, buckles, snaps or zippers. All classes will start promptly when scheduled. Please arrive a few minutes before class to ensure your child's participation in warm up activities.
