Do you have a little one at home who is full of energy and constantly jumping off the couch? They will love our Lil Ninja class where they can get out all that energy and learn how to do those jumps safely. They will learn rolls, kicks, jumps and how to speed race through our fun and creative Ninja Course. Our coaches are trained to instill discipline in them and teach them how to use their bodies safely. Instructors: Black Hills Gymnastics Staff
Classes will be held at the Black Hills Gymnastics gym located at 7961 29th Ave NE, Lacey. Dress in a t-shirt tucked into shorts or sweatpants. Please do not wear jeans, buckles, snaps or zippers. All classes will start promptly when scheduled. Please arrive a few minutes before class to ensure your child's participation in warm up activities.
