This introductory “mini-camp” is for grades 4-8 (or by permission) and is designed to give you a fantastic start on your musical journey with the violin, viola, cello, or bass. You’ll learn the parts of the instrument, hand positions, posture, and some basic techniques, all leading up to a culminating concert on the final day. No prior experience is needed, and you can rent an instrument locally with guidance on selecting the proper size. Materials: Student provides instrument, music provided.
