Join us for the summer adventure of a lifetime! Perfect for those seeking new experiences while still enjoying the Olywahoo lifestyle. Enjoy field trips with other tweens and engage in sports, games, arts & crafts, music and more in a structured and fun environment. Led by a team of experienced camp staff, including certified teachers and recreation professionals, you’ll be in good hands. Don’t forget to bring your own snacks, lunch, and water bottle. Be sure to arrive by 9:00 AM for field trips that typically run from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Staff-to-camper ratio is 1:5. Please download the Camp Olywahoo 2.0 Parent Packet, which includes the important parent paperwork. This is listed at the bottom of this screen and is titled "Download Attached File" under "More Information". Summer Camp Withdrawals/Transfers: Refunds for camp registrations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per session/week. A full refund, excluding the cancellation fee, will be issued if cancellation notification is received at least 14 days before the camp session's first date. If withdrawal occurs within 2 to 14 days of the camp session's start, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the total camp fee. Withdrawals after 5:00 pm on the Friday before a camp week will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total camp fee. No refunds will be given after the camp begins unless the satisfaction policy applies. Transfers are allowed at no cost, provided there is an available spot; however, campers transferring from a camp to a waiting list will be charged the appropriate fee.
