Description
Are you eager to explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math? Then this camp is for you! Come get the chance to engage in a variety of interactive, hands-on projects. You'll get to experience STEAM by constructing robots or rockets, experimenting with electrical circuits, making music using fruit, and having a blast with science experiments. Participants should have basic computer skills and be comfortable working both independently and in small groups. The camp maintains a 1:8 staff-to-camper ration.
Prerequisites: familiarity with computers and access to personal software account logins and the ability to work independently and with a partner.
Camp Withdrawals/Transfers: Camp Refunds for camp registrations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per session/week. A full refund, excluding the cancellation fee, will be issued if cancellation notification is received at least 14 days before the camp session's first date. If withdrawal occurs within 2 to 14 days of the camp session's start, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the total camp fee. Withdrawals after 5:00 pm on the Friday before a camp week will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total camp fee. No refunds will be given after the camp begins unless the satisfaction policy applies. Transfers are allowed at no cost, provided there is an available spot; however, campers transferring from a camp to a waiting list will be charged the appropriate fee.
