About This Activity
Description
Join Play PNW Yoga for outdoor fun, while learning to cultivate a deeper sense of self worth as we explore the benefits of breath work and postures guided in a way that brings self exploration and allows for creative movement. During our time we will make space for positive self talk, dive into ways to nourishing our bodies and hold space for connection with nature. While at camp there will be guided relaxation along with options for song, dance, nature walks, crafts and understanding importance of community as well as individuality. Students will have the opportunity to feel grounded and supported by others as well as how to feel this through their own identity. Our instructor Rachel looks forward to guiding kiddos to their highest peace, helping to calm the nervous system and learn skills for non reaction that will benefit them moving through these pivotal years while also learning to use their voice in a way that fosters their own growth. Most of all. you will have fun growing in a safe space! Instructor: Rachel Juren
