About This Activity
Dancers at this level will continue work from the enhanced Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) syllabus. The focus of this class is on developing classical technique, proficiency in the Level 4 syllabus work, and beginning pointe work mid-year if the dancer is approved by the teacher. (Pointe shoes are not needed until December.. We will have a scheduled pointe shoe fitting for approved dancers.) French terminology is continued. Level 4 dancers must take two ballet classes each week.
