About This Activity
Welcome to the MDOT TRAC Bridge Builder Summer Camp! This program is designed to provide a hands-on learning experience in bridge engineering and construction. Through engaging activities, interactive workshops, and real-world simulations, participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields. Students will learn about different types of bridges, structural components, and engineering design principles. They’ll also take part in hands-on bridge design workshops, bridge construction simulations, and bridge testing and evaluation. This course also includes a field trip to a live job site!
