Using strategic, music-driven combinations of upper and lower body exercises, this workout delivers a high-energy, sweat-worthy session designed to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and improve functional strength. You’ll need a set of hand weights (5–15 lbs recommended). All virtual classes are recorded and shared with students for continued practice.
