About This Activity

Combine physical power with mental agility! This class leverages Strength Training to preserve the hippocampus and build bone density, effectively preventing brain shrinkage and Alzheimer’s. By integrating Brain Gym coordination challenges, we enhance executive function and independence. What’s Included: Workouts: Weights, balance, and agility. Brain Boosts: Finger exercises and "Bone Breathing. “Nutrition: Recipes for brain and bone health. Results: Improved mobility and lasting joy! This class meets on ZOOM. Mary Schwoerer, M.Ed, EEM-CCP, is a Reiki Master, yoga instructor, energy practitioner, and spiritual director. She believes that healing at any level is rooted in balanced energy. Her passion lies in crafting engaging workshops that inspire people of all ages and backgrounds to connect with their body's natural wisdom. Her goal is to provide safe, accessible ways for individuals to feel better and improve their quality of life. To Mary, wellness is more than the absence of illness; it is a dynamic process of growth toward a balanced lifestyle.
