About This Activity
Creative Movement is the perfect introduction to dance for our youngest dancers. Through music, movement, games, and imaginative activities, students will develop coordination, balance, rhythm, and confidence while learning classroom skills and making new friends. This class is designed to foster a love of movement in a fun and encouraging environment. ATTIRE: Students should come dressed in modest, comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely. Dancewear is welcome but not required. Please avoid jeans or restrictive clothing. Hair should be pulled back away from the face, and dancers may wear jazz shoes, or clean athletic shoes depending on the activities in class.
