About This Activity
Designed especially for homeschool students, this daytime combo class introduces dancers to the fundamentals of ballet, jazz, and hip hop in one fun and engaging class. Through music, and age-appropriate technique, students will develop coordination, balance, rhythm, flexibility, and confidence while building a strong foundation in dance. This class provides a positive, encouraging environment where dancers can make friends, express their creativity, and foster a lifelong love of movement. ATTIRE: Students should come dressed in modest, comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely. Dancewear is welcome but not required. Please avoid jeans or restrictive clothing. Hair should be pulled back away from the face, and dancers may wear jazz shoes, or clean athletic shoes depending on the activities in class.
