About This Activity
Is your little one looking to improve their dance skills for musical theater? This camp is the perfect opportunity! Over two weeks, young dancers will refine their technique, mastering sharp, energetic movements and syncopated rhythms while dancing to both classic and modern Broadway hits. They’ll also develop the skills needed for quick turns, leaps, and isolations—helping them shine on stage with confidence! Our teacher is dedicated to creating a safe space where your child will be able to explore their movements without any worry of pressure or judgment. Parents will be invited to observe on the last day of class to see what their child has learned in an informal recital. Dance Attire - Please have your child wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing suitable for dance. Jeans and midriff-baring shirts (when arms are raised) are not permitted. They must also wear secure footwear that stays on throughout class, such as jazz shoes, ballet slippers, or tennis shoes. For safety reasons, bare feet are not allowed.
