Description
Develop your leadership skills by joining the Counselor-In-Training Program. CIT's will receive on-the-job training and learn how to complete job applications, interview for jobs, plan crafts and games for the campers, and attend the field trips. Junior leaders can choose to be involved with programs such as Camp Connection, early childhood programs, and morning swim lessons. Interested participants must fill out a CIT Application packet. Upon receipt of the CIT Application packet, an interview will be scheduled with interested participants. Upon acceptance, participants may register for the CIT program.
