Reconnect with nature during this slow-paced mindful walk with guided meditation through part of beautiful Waa Kee Sha Park. This class will help you to awaken your senses while reducing stress and promote the wellness effects of shinrin-yoku, the practice of bathing the senses in the atmosphere of the forest. Your instructor will meet you at the parking area of Waa Kee Sha Park. Athletic shoes are strongly encouraged.(SM)This event requires 1 week notice for refunds.
