Chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious recipes using fresh and colorful ingredients. We'll travel across the globe to learn about cuisine and traditions. Discover fresh herbs and how they enhance the aroma and flavors of the dishes we'll create. We'll also master cooking safety, slicing, dicing, chopping, folding, baking, zesting, mixing, and more! Share your cooking experiences at home after class! We'll provide the recipes, cooking tips, and talking points to create recipe sharing and learning at home! All supplies and equipment provided.
