About This Activity
Description
The youth boxing program will focus on building physical coordination and cardiovascular endurance through non combat drills such as shadow boxing, jump-roping and heavy bag work. Participants will build self-confidence while concentrating on fundamental movements and drills. Please bring a mat and water to class. Gloves and hand wraps are required.
