Discover the mind and body benefits of yoga through this fun and accessible class just for teens. Class will focus on stretching, balancing, and relaxation poses as well as guided meditation exercises which can be used during times of stress and unease. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class. (KD)
