About This Activity
Description
Pilates focuses on strengthening the core abdominal and back muscles. Pilates also improves posture, flexibility and balance. This class level will be adjusted for the range of fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring hand weights and a yoga mat. PLEASE NOTE: ages 14 to 17 must sign up with a parent participant.
