Pilates exercises are known to increase core strength and balance, perfect for all ages. I focus on traditional Pilates exercise, rehabilitative exercises, stretching and weights. Your mind will feel relaxed and your body rejuvenated. Deep relaxation is a guided visualization while lying down; it clams and relaxes the mind and entire body. The class level is adjusted for the range of fitness levels. Please bring mat and hand weights and wear comfortable, loose clothing. Optional: a child size ball or soccer ball. Class opens at 6pm and starts promptly at 6:15pm. I will stay 15 minutes after class to answer any questions. For questions, call or text Jasee at 650-787-8893. No Class 5/28
