Pilates on the Ball

A unique and exciting synthesis of two highly acclaimed fitness techniques: the Pilates Method and the Swiss exercise ball. This class is for beginner to intermediate participants. Pilates exercises are known to increase core strength and balance, perfect for all ages. The class level will be adjusted for the range of fitness levels. Please bring weights and a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Note: Please have a burst-resistant stability ball pumped up before the first class; if you need help, please text, or email me, I am happy to FaceTime or Zoom 1/7-1/10 to assist you with the ball. When you're filling the ball with air, you want it to have a little give when you sit on it, and your hips should be even with your knees or a little higher (not lower). The ball should feel firm and supportive with a little give.
The class opens at 6 pm and starts promptly at 6:15 pm; I will stay 15 minutes after class to answer any questions. For questions, call or text Jasee at 650-787-8893. Thank you!
