Description
Pilates exercises increase core strength and balance and are perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Joseph Pilates developed a mind-body movement system that emphasizes core strength, breathing, and spinal alignment through controlled exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness for everyday health. Pilates with deep style relaxation, 15 minutes, includes a guided visualization while lying down, which enhances calmness by relaxing the mind and entire body. Please bring a mat and hand weights to class and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Optional: A child-size ball or soccer ball.
