Sea Otters
This introductory swim class is perfect for those new to the water. It focuses on water safety, building comfort, and learning foundational skills such as floating, kicking, basic arm movements, and safe pool entry and exit.
Octopus
Designed for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and ready to expand on basic skills. This class improves technique in front crawl and backstroke and introduces floating, treading water, and simple breathing techniques. Completion of the Sea Otters is required.
Dolphins
This class is for individuals who have mastered basic swimming techniques and are confident in the water. The focus is on refining all four competitive strokes - freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Completion of the Octopus is required.
Swimmers will be tested and put in the correct class on the first day. No classes 9/27/25 due to FogFest
