Sea Otters
This introductory swim class is perfect for those new to the water. It focuses on water safety, building comfort, and learning foundational skills such as floating, kicking, basic arm movements, and safe pool entry and exit.OctopusDesigned for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and ready to expand on basic skills. This class improves technique in front crawl and backstroke and introduces floating, treading water, and simple breathing techniques. Completion of the Sea Otters is required.
DolphinsThis class is designed for swimmers who are already confident in the water and have mastered basic swimming skills. The focus will be on improving stroke technique—freestyle and backstroke—while also introducing breaststroke. Completion of the Octopus level is required before joining.
Swimmers will be tested and put in the correct class on the first day.
Please note: Classes will be cancelled on November 11th and November 27 for holidays
