About This Activity
Description
For players who are ready to take the next step, the Intermediate Basketball Training Zone is designed to build strong fundamentals and competitive skills in preparation for league play and future high school teams. Athletes (ages 10-15) will focus on advanced footwork, ball handling, shooting mechanics, defensive strategies, and in-game decision-making through high-energy drills and expert coaching. This year-round program offers the flexibility to train monthly or drop in when convenient, making it the perfect opportunity for young athletes to refine their skills, gainPlease bring Athletic sweater and Basketball Sneakers!
