This class introduces the fundamentals of badminton in a supportive environment. Players will develop skills such as racket control, serving, volleying, footwork, and hand-eye coordination through fun drills and guided play.Contact the Adaptive team, 760.834.9597, or AdaptiveSports@drd.us.com, if a sport chair is needed for participation!
FREE WITH AN ADAPTIVE PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
Adaptive/Therapeutic programs are designed for individuals with special needs and disabilities. Participant's family members are encouraged to attend programs to provide positive reinforcement and support when needed.
An additional information form must be completed, in addition to the standard waiver, prior to the class start date. The paperwork is located below this section and can be downloaded and completed.
