About This Activity
Description
Learn the game, develop skills, and make new friends at our youth basketball league for ages 6-7. Experienced trainers will be teaching different components of the game to develop individual skills, teach teamwork, and build confidence on and off the court. Each session will consist of 30 minutes of skill work followed by a 30 minute game.
The basketball league will be a 8-week season.
Practice Day: Thursdays
Time: 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm
Game Day: Saturday's
Time: 9:00am - 9:45am
Location Greater Palm Harbor YMCA Field House
What to bring:
Please have your child wear athletic clothes and closed toe shoes. You should also have them bring a water bottle and a basketball to use during practice. Please clearly label all items you send with your child.
Spectators should bring a chair to use when watching practices. Please do not bring food into the gym, and all liquids should be in a bottle that has a secure cap and seal.
