Our Teen Intern Program is an exciting opportunity for teens to grow as leaders while making a meaningful impact in our summer camp community. Teen Interns work alongside our Camp Counselors to help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for campers. Teen Interns will assist with leading group activities, transitioning campers to their next activity, preparing and organizing supplies, and helping with clean-up throughout the day. They play a vital role in keeping camp running smoothly and ensuring every child feels supported and included. This program is designed to help teens develop important life skills, including leadership, teamwork, responsibility, patience, and communication—all while gaining hands-on experience working with children in a real-world setting.
